Over 1 million people are affected with depression each year in Australia. For women, the stats are 1 in 5 while 1 in 8 men will experience this mental illness.

Reaching out for help or even talking to someone about it is not easy. Actually, some social symptoms of depression encourage the person to withdrawal from friends and family, and no longer pursuing hobbies or other social activities.
