About me

I focus on the healing and capacity for growth within each person and offer empathy and clarity for my clients and their situation. My calm and supportive nature facilitates an environment that allows the individual to give voice to their emotional life.

I initiated and experienced two significant transitions in my life. Moving to a different country and later changing careers have given me valuable and unique perspectives and insight in what it means to embrace and be challenged by life changing events. My personal experiences allow me to be an empathetic partner in exploring a broad range of issues including life transitions.

13 years of international corporate experience in project management with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures have made me intimately acquainted in supporting individuals to identify and utilize their unique strengths while acknowledging their weaknesses. I trust that being aware of our personal beliefs and values as well as our aspirations is fundamental in living a content and satisfied life

I am a registered counsellor and psychotherapist working in private practice as well as in community settings. Within my person-centered approach I focus on the therapeutic alliance between client and therapist as the essential element of therapy.
