About me

I have specialised training and expertise in working with couples and relationship issues. Couples often consult me when their relationship is in distress in order to find a way through their difficulties. I help the couple understand and work with the dynamics in their relationship to find new paths to communicate and achieve more balance in their lives together. I support couples to explore and grow their potential for deeper connection, intimacy, and relationship satisfaction. Some couples seek to reduce and resolve conflict in order to ease anxiety or dissipate anger - this makes room for a safe space, so their relationship can thrive. Some seek to open up conversations that are often avoided, so they can share their inner worlds and discuss their relationship needs, to feel closer and more connected in order to have confidence in their path together.

I can help you create the safe space to deal with your issues. I have a person centred, caring approach - as an impartial third party I can listen, understand and help you with your relationships issues, including parenting and step-family issues.

I also work with individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, loss and grief, depression, low self-esteem, work / life disharmony and those seeking direction and meaning in their lives.
