About me

Opening you to listening to the wisdom within you.
When you connect to yourself, to nature, to others you become open to listening to your own heart, mind and body.

To heal, to know yourself more, to create a life that you are peaceful with, you need to listen, to yourself, to the world around you and to others.  You need to listen not only to the words of the mind, but to the heart, and body.

It is my hope that a session  with me will not only help you to understand yourself more, but that you will leave with skills  to listen to yourself in the future.

Rachael’s Counselling Approach

Rachael works in a holistic, gentle, creative and mindful way, assisting you to tune into your own internal wisdom and to grow from within. She believe’s that healing and growth takes place through supportive connections, with others and with nature. Rachael aims to create authentic, respectful and safe relationships with clients, working with the body, emotion and thought to bring about change and healing.

A session with Rachael may include: personalised meditation and mindfulness; deep mindfulness work exploring the wisdom of your body; understanding and exploring your ego states; intuitive and creative processes; nature connection; psychoeducation; and psychotherapy.

Rachael values each client as an individual and works in a collaborative way with all clients. She uses mindfulness exercises to facilitate a deeper connection with self and also to increase awareness; teaches grounding and breath exercises as well as guided meditations to assist clients with difficult situations or symptoms. Allow Rachael to share this journey with you as you become more intune to your body and your intuition, allowing Rachael to become a facilitator to your experience and growth.
