iflow psychology provides confidential, culturally sensitive, advanced psychological counselling for individuals, couples and families in all life stages. 

We provide psychological counselling for:

At iflow psychology we understand the therapeutic alliance is the fundamental element to explore a client's concerns, develop self-awareness, and optimise growth and positive outcomes. Our services are founded on core conditions such as: understanding and empathy; unconditional positive regard; and congruence.

Clients are empowered to pursue growth according to their individual needs. This promotes: self-awareness, self-understanding, a broadening of perspective, the acquisition of new skills, engagement in new activities, and optimisation of inherent capabilities, potential and life satisfaction.

Training & qualifications

Qualifications: BSc, GradCertBusAdmin(PSM), MA, MCounsPsy, MAPS, MCCOUNP

Dean's focus is on providing psychological counselling to individuals and couples to assist them develop insight, learn strategies and resolve difficulties to enhance their quality of relationships and optimise their life.

Dean has over 25 years experience working with people to improve their lives. He has worked in senior clinical leadership (executive level) roles in various State and Federal Government agencies as well as private and corporate sectors. Dean's roles have included working with NSW Police, Westmead Hospital and Royal Rehabilitation Centre Sydney.

Professional Services: Psychological assessment and therapy for a range of psychological presentations and mental health conditions including:

  • Stress, anxiety and depression,
  • Relationship issues (including same-sex couples),
  • Exposure to critical incidents, 
  • Trauma,
  • Loss, grief and bereavement,

  • Injury rehabilitation and carer support,
  • Psychological health reviews and return to work assessments, 
  • Educational and career difficulties including bullying,
  • Supervision for psychologists and interns, and
  • Coaching support for leaders to optimise engagement, performance, individual success and business outcomes.

Professional Accreditation:

  • Registered since 1993.
  • Member of the Australian Psychological Society’s College of Counselling Psychologists.
  • Endorsed with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a Counselling Psychologist reflecting advanced skills and training in assessment and therapeutic interventions.
  • Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology.
  • Trained supervisor of psychologists studying the 4+2 pathway and postgraduate students.
