Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) is a humanistic, process-orientated, evidence-based practice. EFT is one of the most rigorously researched forms of humanistic practice and has been shown to be efficacious in the treatment of depression, anxiety, PTSD, Complex PTSD, and trauma. This experiential training will highlight theoretical as well as practical ways of working with clients with many forms of psychological distress.
