About me

I am a psychologist with experience across various settings, including forensic, hospital outpatient, community mental health, education, and private practice. In my work with clients, I aim to build a professional yet safe environment, and welcome open communication and feedback. I am committed to maintaining client confidentiality, and hope to ensure that all clients feel supported in their work with me. I use a client-centred approached to therapy, focusing on client needs and problems. I am trained and accomplished in multiple therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Compassion Focussed Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Schema Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. 

I am currently working in Private Practice in Lilydale, Victoria.

Training & qualifications

I hold qualifications in Psychology and Forensic Mental Health. 

I graduated from Deakin University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) (Honours), with First Class Honours.

I completed my Master of Psychology (Clinical) at Deakin University in 2012. I also completed a Master of Forensic Mental Health with Griffith University in 2013.
