Perhaps you are going through an unusually demanding or stressul period. Maybe some specific event has caused you to feel overwhelmed and confused. Or perhaps you have been struggling with a recurring problem for so long and can simply no longer bear it.
At such times we may find ourselves stuck in unhelpful patterns of behavior and thought and even though we would like to change, it can be difficult to do so.
Through our therapeutic convesations I can help you gain a deeper self awareness and understanding of how and why you have reached this point now. In doing so you will find new ways of looking at yourself and your life and discover inner resources which will result in greater freedom of thought and behaviour. You will be able to make more meaningful choices and create a life which is more nurturing and fulfilling.
