My approach is to work with you in the moment helping you to resolve and understand the situations facing you. I believe in working together towards achieving a life free of emotional pain and misunderstanding. Learning to communicate effectively is important to all our relationships and you will develop your communication skills in your sessions with me.
People often have problems they have struggled with for a very long time. Spending an hour with me usually doesn't fix it. You need to be committed to come a number of times to effect positive change in your life.
