I am an Individual, Family & Couples Therapist with a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), a Bachelor of Education and a Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I bring more than 25 years’ experience working with children, teenagers, adults, families and couples to the therapy room.
I am a registered member of Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and an affiliate member of Australian Psychological Society (MAPS).
I have passion, talent and vast professional and life experience helping individuals, couples and families.
My work has focused on helping children and their families to overcome developmental and behavioural issues. As well as helping young adults through problems including suicidal ideation, poor self-esteem, eating disorders, relationship and family problems, self-harming behaviours, anxiety and depression.
In addition, I work with couples who are experiencing difficulties in their relationships and need assistance in regaining trust and patience with their partner, and harmony in their relationship.
As a psychotherapist, mother, wife and former teacher, I have great empathy for the challenges facing people today – and enjoy nothing more than to see them ‘graduate’ from my therapy happier, more resilient, and better equipped to meet life's challenges and to reach their life potential.
