'Into the Wild' - A Women's Meditation and Nature Retreat

This retreat is for brave, adventurous women of spirit. Women who choose to be real and who care about themselves, others and the world around them. It is also an opportunity to take care of yourself staying in beautiful and comfortable accomodation - this retreat is a gift for your soul.
Wild means a natural state of living or untamed. Wild can also mean amazing, unconventional and passionate. At this weekend retreat you are giving yourself the opportunity to return to your natural state. To step away from the distractions that life throws your way, to remind yourself who you are underneath it all. It is also an opportunity to listen to your soul, something that can be achieved through time in nature.
Staying in a beautiful house in Blairgowrie near the Morntington Peninsula National Park, this retreat is for women looking to spend time with their inner selves in a beautiful setting and to connect with nature.
Each day you can expect guided mindfulness and meditation exercises, both in the House as well as in nature. Time for silence, time to be with yourself in nature as well as time for sharing with other women.
You will have the opportunity to walk sections of the Coastal Walk along the Mornington Peninsula National Park (a shuttle will be arranged to pick us up after the walk) along stunning coastline and cliff top tracks and to connect with it's beauty and rawness.
There will be time available for a one on one session with Rachael to explore what ever it is you would like to explore, or to simply be personally guided in Mindfulness and Meditation.
